Vtg EAL Eastern Air Lines Logo La Guardia Airport Employee Plastic? Tag w/Chain

This auction is for a vintage Eastern Air Lines La Guardia Airport Ground Services Employee tag with #10 ball chain. It is from the estate of the original owner.
The tag is 3 1/4" long, 1 7/8" wide and 1/8" thick. I think the tag is made of hard plastic.
The front and reverse are a thin medium blue layer of plastic? over a white plastic? center. Carved into the front is the Eastern logo, "EASTERN", the employee name, "GROUND SERVICES", "LA GUARDIA, NEW YORK".
The reverse is plain. The tag still has its #10 ball chain.
This piece is in excellent vintage condition.
